Katelin Moomau
Katelin T. Moomau worked for the Maryland Independent College and University Association, the Maryland General Assembly and Lobel, Novins and Lamont, LLP prior to becoming a Virginia attorney. In 2008, she graduated from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and passed the Virginia Bar.
Ms. Moomau primarily practices in family law, estate planning and administration and general civil litigation. In 2009, Ms. Moomau joined Rich Rosenthal Brincefield Manitta Dzubin & Kroeger, LLP and continued there until the Family First Law Group was formed in 2020. Ms. Moomau represents clients in the General District Courts, Circuit Courts and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts in the Northern Virginia area including: Alexandria, Loudoun, Fairfax and Arlington.
Ms. Moomau volunteers and mentors through various organizations in Alexandria and Fairfax County, including Mount Vernon Ladies Association, The Fairfax Law Foundation, The Campagna Center and the Alexandria Bar Association. She is the general counsel for the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce. She is a regular contributor for Alexandria Stylebook and serves on their board. She has taught continuing legal education classes on Mortgages and Refinance in Family Law: Tips for Drafters, Third Party Custody Cases and written articles on Same Sex Adoption in Virginia.
